Deploy to Exchange Online
Signatures are applied via Exchange Transport Rules (mail flow rules) as HTML disclaimers. They're appended server-side to all outbound emails — no client-side plugin needed.

Connect to Microsoft 365

Authenticate with an account that has Exchange Administrator or Global Administrator privileges.

Review the generated HTML below. Exchange tokens like %%DisplayName%% will be replaced with each user's Active Directory values when emails are sent.

Configure transport rule

Choose how this signature rule is applied in Exchange:

Deploy rule

This will create (or update) the transport rule in your Exchange Online tenant using the Graph API. The rule activates within a few minutes.
