Deploy to Exchange Online
Signatures are applied via Exchange Transport Rules (mail flow rules) as HTML disclaimers. They're appended server-side to all outbound emails — no client-side plugin needed.

Connect to Microsoft 365

Authenticate with an account that has Exchange Administrator or Global Administrator privileges.

Verify signature HTML

Review the generated HTML below. Exchange tokens like %%DisplayName%% will be replaced with each user's Active Directory values when emails are sent.

 Deploy rule

 Manual setup (fallback)

            
If you prefer to configure manually in the Exchange Admin Center:

Go to admin.microsoft.com → Exchange admin center → Mail flow → Rules

Click + Add a rule → Apply disclaimers

Set condition: The sender is located → Inside the organization

Action: Append a disclaimer → paste the HTML from the editor, set fallback to Wrap

Save and enable the rule. It activates within ~15 minutes.
